By using Drupal Workers' service, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service, or ToS).
Update of ToS
Drupal Workers reserves the right to update and change the ToS from time to time with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after these changes constitutes your acceptance of the variation to the ToS. You can review the most current version of the ToS at any time at http://www.drupalworkers.com/terms.
Service Terms
Violation of the below term will result in service termination from us, all made payment will not be returned.
- You may not request any Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Payment and Refunds Terms
- Drupal Workers receives payment via Paypal, bank wire or Western Union. If you prefer sending payment via other methods, please ask us about if the method is available for us.
- 50% of the full payment amount should be paid as down payment before we starting working on your project. Once we start developing, this part of money is nonrefundable.
- After the down payment is done, Drupal Workers should start immediately associate work. For projects with fee under $2000, Drupal Workers should not request further payment before the project is completed. For project with fee above $2000 (include $2000), Drupal Workers reserves the right to request milestone payment when project is partially done.
- Once the project is completed, the client should test the delivery within one month, and after fully tested and all bugs fixed, the client should pay the final payment in one month. If the client fails to do it, Drupal Workers reserve the right to put the delivery website on hold.
- If due to some own reasons of Drupal Worker that we cannot finish your project, we will refund a fair amount of money to you.
Cancellation and Termination
- You can request a cancellation of a project, if Drupal Workers' development has started, the down payment is nonrefundable. If Drupal Workers' development hasn't started yet, the down payment is refundable. All fees occured during refunding(money transfer fee etc.) should be paid by the client side.
- If you have paid full amount of the project fee, but due to some reasons, you decide to terminate the development of the project, Drupal Workers should consider the current phrase of the project as well as how much work has been done, and partially refund some money.
- If you're our hosting service users, the hosting fee should be made before the service plan expires. If more than one week after the service plan expires passes, we still haven't received the renewal payment, we have the right to put your site on hold.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- Drupal Workers reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- Prices of all Services can be changed with or without notice.
General Conditions
- You are responsible for providing any text content and informational images for building your sites or applications.
- Drupal Workers reserve the right to put a backlink (which links to http://www.drupalworkers.com) to the footer at the delivery website with text "Powered by DrupalWorkers". Drupal Wokers also reserve the right to put your site on our portfolio page as a successful project example.
- You understand that Drupal Workers uses third party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. Drupal Workers is not responsible for any loss resulting from:
1) downtime of server caused by hosting provider,
2) server maintenance,
3) hacking attacks to our server or network,
4) any problems caused by irresistible forces.
